Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear and occasionally sit
- Ability to lift and maneuver 30 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and code of ethics
- Willingness to engage and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Must be able to handle cashiering duties and use point of sale systems
- Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
- Commitment to providing high levels of customer service
Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to learn and apply point of sale procedures and store policies
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest service
- Basic merchandising skills and attention to detail
- Capability to follow security and loss prevention guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates
- Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
- Achieve personal sales goals and assist teammates in improving presentations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and displays
- Open and close cash registers and perform cashiering duties
- Follow loss prevention and security guidelines
- Provide feedback to management on merchandise handling and policy concerns
- Participate in recruiting and help maintain a positive team culture
- Execute merchandising tasks such as handling freight, price markdowns, and transfers
- Handle exchanges and returns with professionalism and customer focus
- Communicate effectively with store leadership and human resources as needed
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
