This particular opportunity is for a part-time Sales Receptionist role based in Boston (Dedham), Massachusetts. The position offers compensation at $20.00 per hour plus potential monthly bonuses, working approximately 19-21 hours per week on a rotating schedule covering three days a week. The Sales Receptionist is an integral part of the clinic’s daily operations and client engagement strategy, serving as the initial point of contact for clients and supporting the overall clinic workflow.

As a Sales Receptionist, you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by building strong personal connections and ensuring each client feels valued during their entire journey with Milan. This involves actively engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and promoting upselling opportunities to help achieve the clinic’s sales goals. Beyond client interaction, the role requires managing front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate client records. Job Duties

  • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
