As a part-time Sales Receptionist based in Minneapolis (St. Paul), Minnesota, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team. The position offers $20.00 per hour plus potential monthly bonuses and involves working 19-21 hours per week on a rotating three-day schedule. These shifts alternate between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the first week, and Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the second week, allowing for a flexible yet engaging work environment within a thriving clinic.

The Sales Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the client experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal by fostering positive interactions from the very first contact. This role involves overseeing all administrative and front desk operations, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records to ensure smooth clinic functionality. Job Duties

  • Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
  • Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
  • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
