The role offered is for a part-time Sales Receptionist located in Boise (Eagle), Idaho, requiring 21-22 hours per week on a rotating schedule across three days each week. The position blends customer service, administrative duties, and sales responsibilities, placing the individual at the forefront of the client experience. As a Sales Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring that each interaction is positive and professional, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Your daily responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. You will actively engage with clients to build rapport, introduce upsell opportunities, and collect feedback to promote the continuous improvement of services. In addition to administrative tasks, you will support the medical staff by assisting with treatment room maintenance and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

  • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls schedule and confirm appointments communicate with clients and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
