As a part-time Sales Receptionist at the Milan Laser Hair Removal clinic located in Seattle (Bothell), WA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience and supporting the clinic's operational efficiency. This position is structured as a part-time role, offering 19-21 hours per week with a variable schedule rotating across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts. Compensation is competitive at $20.00 per hour with the potential for monthly bonuses, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business growth.
In your role as a Sales Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing an inviting and professional atmosphere that promotes client satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will extend beyond front desk duties to actively engaging with clients to foster personal connections, encouraging repeat visits and upsell opportunities through thoughtful communication. You will work closely with medical staff to maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment.
Additionally, you will spearhead the administrative tasks vital to clinic operations, such as answering incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate client records using specialized sales software. Your contribution will be instrumental in achieving the clinic’s monthly sales goals and maintaining a culture of collaboration among the team.
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the aesthetics industry. Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client’s experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
