This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a passion for aesthetics and sales. The position is part-time, involving between 19-21 hours per week, with a rotating schedule throughout the week. The Sales Receptionist plays an essential role in enhancing Milan’s clients’ experiences by establishing personal connections that foster satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves managing all front desk and administrative operations, including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the receptionist assists the medical staff by helping maintain the treatment rooms and facilitating client movement within the clinic.
Collaboration is vital in this role, requiring teamwork to help achieve monthly sales targets and contribute positively to the clinic’s environment. The Sales Receptionist is also responsible for initiating sales-related conversations with clients, promoting upsell opportunities, and gathering valuable client feedback through reviews. This role is both operational and client-centric, combining administrative duties with active engagement in sales growth and client retention.

Job Duties

- Enhance each client’s experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
