The company is currently seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist for its Grand Rapids, MI location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and is passionate about enhancing client satisfaction through personal engagement. The Sales Receptionist will play a critical role in managing the front desk and administrative operations, supporting both clients and medical staff. The position is part-time, offering 19-21 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes three workdays per week. Compensation is set at $18.00 per hour, with additional potential monthly bonuses available.

In this role, the Sales Receptionist will be deeply involved in creating exceptional client experiences by building and nurturing lasting relationships throughout their treatment journey. Engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction, initiating conversations about service upgrades, and collecting valuable client feedback are key components of the job. Operational duties include managing incoming calls, scheduling, maintaining client records, and supporting the clinical team by preparing treatment rooms and escorting clients.

Job Duties

  • Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
  • enhance each client’s experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
  • cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
  • initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
