Currently, Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking to fill a part-time Sales Receptionist position in Topeka, KS. This role calls for an individual passionate about the aesthetics industry who will actively contribute to the clinic’s growth and client satisfaction. The Sales Receptionist plays a crucial part in enhancing the client journey, initiating meaningful interpersonal connections to ensure clients feel valued and supported throughout their treatment process.

In this role, the Sales Receptionist will manage all administrative and front desk operations — including answering calls, scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate client records. In addition to administrative tasks, the position involves supporting medical staff by maintaining treatment rooms and assisting clients as they move through the clinic. Close collaboration with the clinic team to meet and surpass monthly sales goals is essential, making this position integral to the clinic’s operational success.

This part-time role requires availability for 19-21 hours per week, with a rotating schedule over three days per week. The schedule alternates weekly, ensuring coverage on differing days such as Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This flexible setup accommodates a variety of candidate availability needs while maintaining consistent clinic operations.

Job Duties

  • Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
  • Enhance each client’s experience by establishing a personal connection ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout the client journey creating a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
