Currently, the company is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join its team in Eau Claire, WI. This role is integral to maintaining smooth front desk operations, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall success of the clinic.

The Sales Receptionist position is part-time, with a schedule averaging 19-21 hours per week, working three rotating days. Responsibilities include managing front desk administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records efficiently and accurately. The role also demands assisting the medical staff with treatment room readiness and cleanliness, creating a welcoming environment that promotes ongoing client engagement.

Additionally, the Sales Receptionist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience by establishing personal connections, addressing client needs proactively, and participating in sales efforts to meet clinic goals. This includes introducing clients to upsell opportunities and gathering valuable client feedback through reviews, which assists in continuous service improvement and client retention.

  • administrative and/or sales experience preferred
  • exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently

  • willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business
