This exciting opportunity is for a part-time Sales Receptionist located in the Grand Rapids (Grandville), MI region. The position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour plus potential monthly bonuses, with a part-time commitment of approximately 19-21 hours per week. The schedule rotates across two weeks, incorporating three working days per week including Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday one week and Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday the next. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standard of client experience Milan is known for and involves a wide range of responsibilities including engaging with clients to enhance satisfaction, administrating front desk operations such as answering calls and scheduling appointments, and supporting medical staff by maintaining the treatment rooms.

As a Sales Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many clients and will play a key role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that promotes loyalty and repeat business. You are expected to build strong personal connections with clients, assist the clinic team in driving sales growth, and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals. Additionally, you will handle operational tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision while supporting the frontline medical staff. This role demands a candidate who possesses exceptional communication skills, great initiative, and the ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team. Experience in administrative or sales functions is preferred along with a passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry. A willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as required by business operations is also essential.

Job Duties

  • answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
