The role available is for a part-time Sales Receptionist at the Bentonville, AR location, working 19-21 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday one week and Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday the next. The Sales Receptionist serves as the frontline representative of Milan Laser Hair Removal, playing a vital role in creating engaging, positive experiences for clients while supporting the operational needs of the clinic. The position blends customer interaction with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and to facilitate sales growth. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, assisting medical staff with treatment room upkeep, and actively promoting sales through client engagement and upsell opportunities. The Sales Receptionist is expected to collaborate closely with the clinic team to help meet monthly sales goals and contribute to a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and supported throughout their treatment journey.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Sales Receptionist will be instrumental in fostering repeat business and client loyalty by delivering personalized service and ensuring that clients leave satisfied and eager to return.   • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
