Currently, Milan Laser Hair Removal is looking to hire a part-time Sales Receptionist for its St. Cloud, MN location. This role is integral to fostering a positive client experience, supporting daily clinic operations, and actively contributing to sales objectives. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour with potential for monthly bonuses, and a work schedule consisting of approximately 19 to 21 hours weekly. The hours are spread over three rotating days per week, ensuring a dynamic and varied work routine.
The Sales Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring each individual feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Milan. Key responsibilities include engaging clients to build trust and rapport, managing front desk operations such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, and assisting medical staff with maintaining treatment rooms. This role also plays a critical part in driving clinic sales by collaborating closely with the team to meet monthly targets and identifying opportunities for upselling services.
In addition to administrative duties, the Sales Receptionist will be expected to foster a welcoming clinic atmosphere, nurturing client relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction. Job Requirements

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently

Job Duties

- Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout client journeys, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
- Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather feedback through reviews
- Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and escort clients as needed
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
