We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our vibrant team at the St. Louis (Town and Country), MO location. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer service in the aesthetics industry and eager to contribute to a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. The role requires working 19-21 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays on alternate weeks, offering a flexible work-life balance while being actively involved in the daily operational and client experience functions of the clinic.
As a Sales Receptionist at Milan Laser Hair Removal, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring every client interaction is positive, welcoming, and tailored to enhance their overall journey with us. Your responsibilities will include managing all front desk activities such as answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting medical staff with maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms. Beyond administrative tasks, you will engage with clients to build meaningful and lasting relationships, initiating upsell conversations and collecting valuable feedback to support the clinic’s growth objectives. Collaborative teamwork is a cornerstone of this role, and you will work closely with management and clinical staff to meet monthly sales targets and help drive continuous clinic success.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- works well in a team environment

- willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
- cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
- initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
- efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
- assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
