We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist to join our dynamic team located in Kalamazoo (Comstock), MI. This role is essential in shaping the client experience and managing the frontline of the clinic's operations. The position offers $18.00 per hour with the potential for monthly bonuses, and involves working approximately 21-22 hours per week on a rotating three-day schedule that alternates between Monday-Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday. This flexible schedule allows for work-life balance while fulfilling a vital operational role within the clinic.

As a Sales Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face that clients first encounter, responsible for engaging them throughout their journey with Milan Laser Hair Removal. Your role will prioritize enhancing customer satisfaction by building personal connections and fostering long-term relationships. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting medical personnel in maintaining treatment rooms. The Sales Receptionist also plays a pivotal role in promoting sales growth by collaborating with the clinic team to meet monthly sales targets, identifying upsell opportunities, and gathering client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Operational efficiency and excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role. You will be expected to perform clinic operational tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
