The current opening is for a part-time Sales Receptionist position based in Lexington, KY, requiring 19-21 hours per week with a rotating three-day work schedule. The Sales Receptionist plays a vital role in enhancing the client experience by engaging directly with customers to foster satisfaction and build meaningful, lasting relationships. This position involves overseeing all administrative and front desk operations, including answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the Sales Receptionist supports the medical staff by assisting with the upkeep of treatment rooms and collaborating closely with the clinic team to meet monthly sales goals. The role demands a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can efficiently handle multiple operational tasks and contribute positively to the clinic's sales and overall customer service objectives. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Ability to use a computer and sales software
  • Displays a passion for the aesthetics industry
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties

  • Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
  • Enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships throughout their journey, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages ongoing engagement and loyalty
  • Initiate conversations with clients about upsell opportunities and gather their feedback through reviews
  • Efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records
  • Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
  • Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
