The role involves working approximately 21-22 hours weekly across rotating 3-day shifts, alternating between early week and late week schedules. This position is an integral part of the clinic’s front office operations, focusing intently on enhancing each client’s experience by establishing personal connections, efficiently managing appointment scheduling, answering incoming calls, and maintaining accurate client records. The Sales Receptionist also supports the clinical team by assisting in maintaining treatment rooms and helping clients move smoothly through their appointments.
