  • Build-A-Bear store associate experience
  • Associate’s degree or higher in business, management, or a related field

Job Duties

  • Be a role model to others in providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience
  • Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals
  • Model Experience First behaviors
  • Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues
  • Provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests using the Experience First Make Behaviors
  • Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests
  • Uphold operational excellence by meeting brand standards and guidelines
  • Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful
