- Associate’s degree or higher in business, management, or a related field

Job Duties
- Be a role model to others in providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience
- Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals
- Model Experience First behaviors
- Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues
- Provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests using the Experience First Make Behaviors
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests
- Uphold operational excellence by meeting brand standards and guidelines
