Job Duties
- Assist customers and operate cash registers using the company system to find products and process transactions
- Follow company policies and adhere to loss prevention measures
- Maintain safety standards by using personal protective equipment
- Keep the store presentable by restocking merchandise and organizing products
- Support car maintenance by helping diagnose issues and assist with installations like wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
- Communicate effectively by sharing customer concerns and employee matters with managers
- Develop customer service skills by actively improving communication and problem-solving abilities
