Job Requirements
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Basic literacy skills including reading, writing, and math
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and hotel areas are clean, fresh, and welcoming
- Assist guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions
- Keep supervisors informed on room service progress and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required
- Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies and minimize waste
- Log and manage lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service quality
- Assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties as assigned
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
