Room & Board’s Oakbrook Outlet team is currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate / Merchandiser to join their weekend workforce. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about home furnishings and enjoy creating positive and memorable shopping experiences for customers.

As a Retail Sales Associate / Merchandiser, you will play an essential role in ensuring that customers receive detailed product information and guidance as they navigate their home furnishing purchases. You will collaborate closely with inventory associates to maintain the showroom’s appearance, uphold inventory accuracy, and help preserve product quality standards.
