Job Requirements
- age 21 years or older
- available to work up to 28 hours per week, 5 shifts from Thursday to Monday
- can lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- able to stand for up to 6 hours
- comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- ability to perform duties with safety-first mentality in retail environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail, grocery, or coaching for improvement
- preferred prior supervisory experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coach and motivate teams positively
- self-starter with ability to work independently
- basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage
- ability to engage comfortably with public and customers
Job Duties
- deliver in-store training to Event Specialists
- support onboarding of new team members
- foster strong, positive relationships with store personnel
- motivate retail teams to achieve sales goals
- create engaging and effective store experiences
- provide coaching for improvement with a positive approach
- manage training documentation and feedback
