Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked
- Clock in/out for breaks at the designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to lift supplies, linens, and other items
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to make them feel properly welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all hotel groups and events
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and spotless
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond roles
- Collaborate with all team members to maintain a welcoming environment
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests
- Input orders into POS and secure payment accurately
- Prepare coffee and other specialty drinks as a barista
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Observe diners and respond to their requests
- Complete daily inventory and side work within labor rules
- Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage offerings
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
