Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum two years of experience as administrative assistant or customer service representative
- bilingual in Spanish
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- ability to work outdoors during arrival and dismissal support

Job Duties
- Drive customer satisfaction for parents, teachers, and academic leaders in line with the World Class Support mission
- ensure families and staff are up to date on all campus-based activities
- monitor and maintain safety practices on campus
- ensure scholars are signed in and out accurately
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- actively monitor the front desk and answer all incoming phone calls
- receive and route incoming calls and take accurate messages
- provide information and answer questions from families, staff, and scholars
- ensure all guests sign in, are verified, and issued visitor passes
- sort and disperse mail
- maintain a positive image of the campus through interactions with families, staff, scholars, and community
- assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive, support-focused culture on campus
