Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years of experience as administrative assistant or customer service representative
  • bilingual in Spanish
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
  • ability to work outdoors during arrival and dismissal support

Job Duties

  • Drive customer satisfaction for parents, teachers, and academic leaders in line with the World Class Support mission
  • ensure families and staff are up to date on all campus-based activities
  • monitor and maintain safety practices on campus
  • ensure scholars are signed in and out accurately
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • actively monitor the front desk and answer all incoming phone calls
  • receive and route incoming calls and take accurate messages
  • provide information and answer questions from families, staff, and scholars
  • ensure all guests sign in, are verified, and issued visitor passes
  • sort and disperse mail
  • maintain a positive image of the campus through interactions with families, staff, scholars, and community
  • assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive, support-focused culture on campus
