Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to obtain and maintain active Colo MED badge
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift 25 lbs. multiple times daily
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to obtain and maintain an active Colo MED badge in the state of Colorado
- previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- check IDs in compliance with MED laws and regulations
- scan customers into the point-of-sale system
- organize customer queues to ensure order and safety
- sign in visitors to the guest log
- answer phone calls professionally and direct to appropriate retail team members
- maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and front store area
