Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- residency within the state the community operates in is required
- successful completion of required screening processes
- empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse audience
