Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • residency within the state the community operates in is required
  • successful completion of required screening processes
  • empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents
