- high school diploma or G.E.D.
- three years office experience
- proficient using Microsoft Office
- organized, self-starter with willingness to succeed

Job Duties
- recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in services to customers
- supports and assists in strategic planning for developing the future picture for Metro Technology Centers
- assist community outreach and wellness center with daily operations of the fitness center
- monitor the front desk, answer incoming calls and greet members as they enter the wellness and community outreach center
- explain Metro Tech's policies and procedures to members
- educate participants on healthy lifestyle modifications and wellness
- keep fitness center members informed about classes, events, and programs
- create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, by maintaining a neat, clean and safe environment
- monitor safety and security devices at community outreach/wellness location
- handle and solve member inquiries and concerns about services or equipment
- maintain fitness center equipment
- follows established procedures for receiving and verifying shipments of materials to the site
- performs related duties as assigned
