Job Duties

  • Facilitate positive patient experience from first impressions walking through the door to checking out after receiving services
  • Schedule appointments through in-person interaction and phone calls with patients
  • Assist with recordkeeping ensuring all records are accurate and complete
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining necessary intake forms prior to scheduled services
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with patients in a professional and timely manner
  • Adhere to protocol guidelines and HIPAA
