Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
- answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about products and services
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- uphold company policies and procedures while representing the organization professionally
