Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist customers and visitors upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the dealership calendar
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
