Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and some Saturdays
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Answer dealership group phones
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department
Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
Introduce the customer to a salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales and service team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Take or refer complaining customers to appropriate individuals
