Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred in receptionist or clerical positions
- Ability to use computer applications efficiently
- Availability to work three days a week from 12 PM to 7 PM
- Availability for every other Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM
- Outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Adherence to proper business attire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in receptionist or clerical roles preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and customers warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain and organize filing systems and records
- Perform data entry and prepare documents as required
- Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
