Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience preferred in receptionist or clerical positions
  • Ability to use computer applications efficiently
  • Availability to work three days a week from 12 PM to 7 PM
  • Availability for every other Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adherence to proper business attire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in receptionist or clerical roles preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and customers warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and records
  • Perform data entry and prepare documents as required
  • Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
