Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of equivalent experience
- Experience with PowerSchools a plus
- Experience with Outlook, Google, and Microsoft applications preferred
- Ability to multi-task and organize projects
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in computer programs and platforms needed in the school.

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, parents, and students when they come to the main entrance
- Assist with students who come late to school or leave early to ensure they have signed in or out and have a pass to class
- Answer phone calls and provide information on a variety of topics, including procedures, disciplinary measures, and day-to-day operations of the school
- Ability to multi-task and organize projects as needed
- Share information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students' families through email, phone calls, or alternative form of communication
- Maintain records of phone logs, checks that come in the mail, visitor logs, attendance logs, and other logs needed in the front office
- Receive and sort mail
- Assist with filing student records and helping with record requests
- Serve as backup for full-time receptionist
- Perform all other duties assigned by building and district administration.
