Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and team members
  • greet visitors with a warm, professional presence
  • maintain daily attendance logs
  • manage and organize package deliveries and returns
  • coordinate and order weekly catered lunches
  • order and maintain office supplies
  • assist with HR initiatives such as happy hours and team events
  • support the office with administrative tasks
  • run occasional local errands
  • keep the front desk and common areas organized and welcoming
