  • Strong knowledge of sanitary practices

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience in food service as a prep cook highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintains organized sanitary workstation at all times
  • Properly labels and dates food items for storage
  • Assists in the preparation of cut vegetables, baked goods and cold sauces
  • Minimizes waste by controlling overage and usage
  • Follows approved recipes and production standards
  • Supports team under direction of Sous Chef
  • Ensures compliance with sanitary and safety guidelines
