Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks involving cleaning and maintenance
Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work early morning shifts
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Previous experience in floor care is preferable, but on-site training is provided
Ability to follow written and/or verbal work instructions
Ability to prioritize work assignments in order to complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to function with minimum supervision

Job Duties

Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
Vacuum carpet areas
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes
Collect trash in all areas of the facility
Complete project work including stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing
Completing event setups when needed
