Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to regularly attend work onsite
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting over 100 pounds
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Perform community maintenance tasks
- Maintain regular daily onsite attendance
- Clean and remove trash from grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly
- Complete repairs and replacements in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features for hazards and liabilities
- Assist in preventative maintenance programs
- Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop
- Support hazard communications and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections
- Report violations of community rules
- Use property resources economically
- Perform tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
- Participate in on-call emergency response
- Manage excellent customer service
- Monitor service request turnaround
- Project a favorable image of the community
- Ensure consistency in resident interactions
- Enforce delegated community policies
