Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, squat, kneel, and lift frequently during shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow safety guidelines including team lifting for weights over 50 pounds
- Willingness to participate in training sessions
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance according to company standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and calculating percentages
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be bondable
- Completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
- Download internet orders and shop items following all policies and procedures
- Operate point of sale register and bag orders per policy
- Stage and load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and corporate office
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and store environment
- Comply with safety regulations and report accidents or hazards promptly
