Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift and move groceries weighing up to 75 pounds with team lifting as required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently during shift hours
  • Must be bondable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service by being courteous and helpful to all customers
  • Follow through on customer requests and refer to management when unable to fulfill
  • Maintain focus on customers and accurately bag and stage orders
  • Download internet orders and shop according to policies
  • Operate the Point of Sale Register when required
  • Load grocery orders into customer vehicles
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately
  • Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and Corporate Office
  • Reflect a professional business image through proper dress and grooming
  • Be punctual and reliable by adhering to scheduled work times
  • Notify supervisors timely in case of absence or lateness
  • Inform management about inventory or price discrepancies
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as needed
  • Follow safety regulations and report hazards immediately
  • Handle chemicals according to safety guidelines
  • Support and assist fellow associates as a team player
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and multiple tasks with flexibility
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
