Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and move groceries weighing up to 75 pounds with team lifting as required
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently during shift hours
- Must be bondable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to complete all required training sessions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Capable of handling both physical and customer service tasks with a positive attitude
- Ability to read and write in English for instructions and communication
- Must adhere to company grooming and dress code standards
- Able to work flexible hours and perform multiple duties during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with customers and team members professionally
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence in English
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, and percentage calculations
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to complete required company training programs including customer service, safety, and technical skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service by being courteous and helpful to all customers
- Follow through on customer requests and refer to management when unable to fulfill
- Maintain focus on customers and accurately bag and stage orders
- Download internet orders and shop according to policies
- Operate the Point of Sale Register when required
- Load grocery orders into customer vehicles
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers, store associates, and Corporate Office
- Reflect a professional business image through proper dress and grooming
- Be punctual and reliable by adhering to scheduled work times
- Notify supervisors timely in case of absence or lateness
- Inform management about inventory or price discrepancies
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as needed
- Follow safety regulations and report hazards immediately
- Handle chemicals according to safety guidelines
- Support and assist fellow associates as a team player
- Adapt to shifting priorities and multiple tasks with flexibility
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
