Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle stress and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans and create backup plans based on client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote store rewards programs and handle enrollments
- Assist with omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Maintain a positive and respectful workplace environment
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
