Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
  • standard computer/technology skills
  • customer service background preferred
  • security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
  • ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of customers
  • great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout shift
  • ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
  • willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check
