- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- no experience required
- on-the-job training provided
- preferred one year of similar experience
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to handle cash transactions
- availability to work part-time shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Duties
- Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns
- relay customer concerns to shift lead or Operations Manager
- provide quick and responsive customer service
- follow company procedures and comply with safety regulations
- issue and collect visitor parking tickets
- match tickets to parking rate schedule and collect payments
- complete lost ticket forms when necessary
- reconcile receipts, cash, and charges
- perform revenue drops according to procedures
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- answer telephone courteously as required
- report accidents, incidents or safety concerns immediately
- communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates
