Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Occasional travel to assist other properties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of local area and community resources beneficial
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Positive attitude with a focus on resident satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
  • Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member while assisting with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintains guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness along with managing the loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition prior to office opening each morning
  • Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
  • Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent resident interests while maintaining relationships with concierge vendors
