Job Requirements

- minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
- associate’s degree can substitute for 1 year of experience

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of administrative support experience or equivalent education
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Provides administrative support to staff including scheduling meetings and drafting minutes
- coordinates office activities such as catering orders, meeting preparation, and on-site support
- manages general office administration including maintenance requests and building access cards
- serves as receptionist handling calls and welcoming guests
- processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- assists with ordering computers, accessories, supplies, and business cards
- supports new hire onboarding and coordinates IT equipment setup
- coordinates onsite training events and safety compliance programs
- tracks task orders, project contracts, and assists with quality assurance
- assists with financial reporting and marketing proposal tracking
- processes accounts payable and invoice submissions
- coordinates IT issue resolution and technical support on-site
