Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste management or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic smartphone proficiency for job communication
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Part time, 2-3 hours per evening
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors as needed
