Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures

- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste management or physically demanding roles advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for work communication
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling materials door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer trash to the onsite trash compactor
- Work five nights a week starting at 8:00 PM
- Complete tasks independently within 3-4 hours each evening
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain reliable communication and reporting
- Stay physically active and fit while performing job duties
