Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation, a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required for the job
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in waste management or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items regularly
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle such as a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and task management
- Ability to pass background and drug screening checks
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week, Sunday - Thursday
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Work independently in an active outdoor setting
- Maintain physical activity by lifting and transporting trash bags up to 50 lbs
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Attend paid training sessions
