Job Requirements
- Pick-up truck preferred
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or similar roles helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Possession of a smartphone for communication and task management
- Valid driver’s license and preferred access to a pick-up truck
- Strong commitment to following safety guidelines and company policies
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week
- Start at 7:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM -11:00 PM
- Part time, 2-3 hours per evening
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout the shift
- Communicate promptly with supervisors as needed
