Job Requirements
- Pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- smart phone
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in waste management or a related field preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong physical stamina
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities and transfer to onsite trash compactors
- work 5 nights a week during evening hours
- start shifts at 8:00 PM and complete work by 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- maintain physical fitness while working outdoors
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- operate with minimal supervision and work independently
- ensure timely and efficient waste collection
