Job Requirements
- Pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smart phone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in waste management or similar roles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer trash to onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain reliable and independent work habits
- Stay physically active while performing duties
- Report any issues or concerns to management
