Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within apartment communities
transfer collected waste to onsite trash compactors
follow company safety procedures and policies
maintain reliable and consistent attendance
work independently during evening shifts
stay physically active while performing duties
report any maintenance or operational issues promptly
